At 401 Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your 401 Games account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and protective hygiene seals are still attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
